How to address us
Salutations are always difficult matters. But there are a few rules. If you've never met someone, it's usual to start letters with 'Dear Mr ...' or 'Dear Ms ...' But once you have met - in person, by phone or email - it becomes the first name. However, emails are much less formal because of their immediacy so 'Hi Gail' or 'Hi Daniel' is perfectly acceptable.
