    1. Online, through our secure payment system, using one of the nominated credit cards in a range of currencies or by debit card with PayPal.  
    1. By US check or Australian cheque. Unless we have an existing arrangement with you, please allow a few days for this to clear before we start work. Contact us to find out address details.
    1. By direct bank debit to a US or Australian account for regular and business clients who, because of the size of the project, are making progress payments at delivery of agreed stages.

Any services provided to clients within Australia will attract 10% GST. Let us know that your work originates in Australia so that we can provide you with a tax invoice.

Refund policy

Editing, proofreading and writing have subjective elements to them. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please let us know, immediately and we will do our utmost to remedy the situation. If we feel that the problem lies with our service we will refund your fee.

We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by server or ISP problems, nor can we be responsible for any consequent damages arising from this.

Clients who pay with credit card will have their fee refunded to them by means of a credit to the original card used.
