Delivery

Refunds

All of editgold's editors are trained and/or experienced proof-readers, editors and writers. Each specialises in a particular field of writing and each has reached stringent standards set by editgold. Progress of work is monitored by a supervisor.

However both editing decisions and writing outcomes are subjective.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the service that we are giving you, we want you to let us know, immediately. If necessary a new editor will be assigned. Should we be satisfied that the problem lies with our service we will refund your fee.

We will also offer a refund should we guarantee to meet a certain deadline and not meet it unless delivery has been delayed by factors over which we have no control. These include server problems, late forwarding of documents, briefing papers or answers to editor queries.

Clients who pay with credit card will have their fee refunded to them by means of a credit to the original card used.

Release and indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against editgold which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
